Payment and Eligibility: If approved by the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the dividend will be paid on or before September 03, 2023, to members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as per the details received from the National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, as of the record date, which is Friday, July 28, 2023, as stated in the regulatory filing.
