IDFC First Bank has approved a composite Scheme of Amalgamation among IDFC Financial Holding Company Limited, IDFC Limited, and the Bank, along with their respective shareholders. The scheme's share exchange ratio stipulates that 155 equity shares (credited as fully paid-up) of face value Rs 10 each of IDFC FIRST Bank will be issued for every 100 fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs 10 each of IDFC Limited.
